The problem
People often track doses, reminders, side effects, and questions across notes, spreadsheets, and chat threads. That makes it hard to review a timeline or prepare a clear record for a clinician.
What we built
We built a focused log, reminder, and review flow with local records, schedule-based notifications, progress trends, references, and safety boundaries. The app does not require an account for core tracking.
